Andrew was our salesmen and helped us pick the best washer and dryer for our needs/budget. He didn’t try to force us into buying something way over budget which I was really appreciative of. We also unfortunately happened to get a dud washer and he was able to get that switched around for us promptly. I loved the amount of scratch and dent options you can pick from if you wanna save a few bucks. Our dryer was from the scratch and dent section and works like a charm with very subtle scratch on the bottom! So worth the savings!

Shout out to the Andrew and the team who acknowledged me when I walked in, attended to me and directed me to where I could find what I needed. Within 30 minutes I was made a satisfied customer-- had what I wanted in stock and for my furniture delivered same day! WOW!! (once again). Great customer service here. I spoke with Andrew and Richard, both were excellent in customer service and not overbearing. Andrew was super kind and helpful, while also being professional. Got exactly what I needed and for a great price. So far the oven and dishwasher are working well. Hopefully that continues. As for the overall rating, I would give the employees a 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend this place.

My husband and I went in with a specific refrigerator in mind. Unfortunately they didn't have the one we wanted in stock and couldn't wait for one to come in. With the help from Andrew, we decided on a model that would work for our garage. Andrew was very accommodating with our delivery, and was able to get it scheduled for the time we needed to offset the chance we would miss delivery and have to pay for it 2x. He was patient with us as we tried to figure out a new model, and he helped us with the financing process. We left happy with our experience!
