Recently visited this location to have my phone serviced after switching my SIM card from Sprint to T-Mobile and was told by a worker that I’d have to go back home and connect to wifi to complete a software update, then go to a former Sprint store to have a technician “look into” my phone’s issues. There was literally one other person in the store just sitting along the wall and the only worker there that I spoke with didn’t seem interested in working today apparently. TERRIBLE customer service! A complaint has been file with T-Mobile directly. ~Mallory
