Recently visited this location to have my phone serviced after switching my SIM card from Sprint to T-Mobile and was told by a worker that I’d have to go back home and connect to wifi to complete a software update, then go to a former Sprint store to have a technician “look into” my phone’s issues. There was literally one other person in the store just sitting along the wall and the only worker there that I spoke with didn’t seem interested in working today apparently. TERRIBLE customer service! A complaint has been file with T-Mobile directly.

This store locations is one of the good ones with real people. I went in the store tonight and needing a new phone and plan but don't have a lot of Money and the gentlemen could tell I was stressed. He went out of his way to find me a good phone and service but with every discount he could find. I felt blessed that he had so much compassion for another person. I have nothing but great things to say about this locations and good job to T-Mobile for hiring the right people to work for them. Also a special thank you to the sales associate for doing not only his job but over and beyond. 11/23/2021 between the hours of 4:30pm and 6pm.

I had the privilege of receiving and observing customer service excellent with one of the employees, Kirk. He replaced my phone cover and was knowledgeable and courteous, While he was working on my phone a Chinese woman came rushing to him and hugged him and excitedly demonstrated she was so happy to see him. Kirk stated she was a customer and was always pleased to see him. This is a prime example of customer service excellence. He is a asset to your business.

I came in the store for a sim swap from Sprint to T-mobile. My man Kirk got thing done in a flash. Unlike other T-mobile by Home Depot. They need more training. Thanks my man.

This store has a sign posted that says "state or local ordinance requires that all guests wear a mask at all times". This is factually incorrect, as no current state or local ordinances require this. On my first of two visits, I was not required to wear a mask, but when I returned later the same day an unpleasant employee insisted that he could not help me unless I wore a mask. He claimed, in a rude tone, that the demand was in accordance with company policy, but the posted policy did not support his statement. He offered a mask, but I cannot wear one safely due to a medical condition. I was returning to pick up a phone upgrade that had not been in stock at the store earlier that day. As a result of my patience and understanding, I was left unable to complete the upgrade. A properly stocked and managed store should have been able to fulfill the simple job correctly during my first visit. The interaction was a flagrant disregard of my rights and a petty abuse of power by the employee, and, if his claims were true, a ridiculous and insulting overstep by the company. The sign needs to be removed and any alleged company policies altered to reflect pertinent ordinances, or lack thereof, and respect the rights of customers. The store needs to be properly stocked with products, and the gentleman that helped me would do well to apologize.
