When we picked up our rental the employee was very helpful. When returning we had to take the car to be vacuumed because pet hair fell off of out clothes. We didn't have our pets in the car. So the few hairs were enough for him to want to charge us $300. If you have pets never use Hertz! Not to mention they only have ONE employee to help customers on a Saturday. ~Katie
