Best department store in Independence, Missouri (MO) 2024

I wanted to take some time to say Thank You to the Pharmacist, Crystal there! 😊 She is always so helpful, kind and knowledgeable about any questions we have regarding medicines and reactions with other things taken. This pharmacy is reliable, quick and so much easier to get to than others. The whole staff is always so nice and helpful. It's extremely convenient to use this location since it's right down the street. Thank you Crystal for being there every day and helping me and my family during these crazy times. I always say it must be the name, but that's not why I am giving this review.. hehehe 😉 I truly appreciate your time and effort to help our family. ~Crystal

i debated on leaving a review or not, but after some thinking i decided to do it. i came into the store after my dad had woken me up from a nap, i started my new job the day after and needed some jeans, i was wearing pajamas and my dead grandpas slippers, i get it, they’re obnoxious, it was a hard day and i derive some comfort from them. I walked into the store and smile at the two ladies at the front and immediately after i hear “i hope she trips on a rock”. i work in customer service, i work two customer service jobs, and if two middle aged ladies don’t know better than a 17 year old, i don’t know what to tell you. I will never be seen in this store again and i hope those two ladies never say something like that again because one day they will more than likely say it about the wrong person and lose their job. unprofessional and disrespectful, the rest of the employees that helped me were beyond helpful and i appreciate them, sorry your coworkers reflect so terribly on your job. ~Lily
