i debated on leaving a review or not, but after some thinking i decided to do it. i came into the store after my dad had woken me up from a nap, i started my new job the day after and needed some jeans, i was wearing pajamas and my dead grandpas slippers, i get it, they’re obnoxious, it was a hard day and i derive some comfort from them. I walked into the store and smile at the two ladies at the front and immediately after i hear “i hope she trips on a rock”. i work in customer service, i work two customer service jobs, and if two middle aged ladies don’t know better than a 17 year old, i don’t know what to tell you. I will never be seen in this store again and i hope those two ladies never say something like that again because one day they will more than likely say it about the wrong person and lose their job. unprofessional and disrespectful, the rest of the employees that helped me were beyond helpful and i appreciate them, sorry your coworkers reflect so terribly on your job.

I've got to be honest from the start, Marshall's, TJ Maxx & Homegoods are 3 of my very favorite places to shop for things you don't necessarily go in looking for. The Staff is always so friendly and personable. The store is always clean and organized. This would exceed a 5 star rating we're it not for a few issues. First, I know temperature can be felt differently by different people but that store is HOT! ALL THE TIME! It makes it difficult to stay long because eventually my hair is soaked down on my face. Another thing I'm all torn up about is 2 of my favorite departments dwindling down to almost being gone. Fragrances and purses. Where'd they go??? No other complaints about this store from any trip there ever.

Listen today, I bought my Husband a pair of polo jogging pants, my son got a MK sweater, my 2 daughter's each got a pair of Champion jogging pants and I got an army green fuzzy super soft sweater and we met a really super cool couple who just really are the best people I've ever had the chance to talk with!

You get anything here: shoes, clothes, kitchen gadgets, you own Solid Gold Dancer, a small, self contained universe, a plump Hungarian woman named Natasha who likes repairing plumbing... anything. If they don't have what you want, you can sue them. Says so right on the wall. The employees are great and deserve raises.

Meh. Not too bad, but kinda dirty. The bathrooms are disgusting, I mean I know people are terrible, but I'm not sure anyone cleaned the bathrooms in a while. Very strong pee smell. Spoke to a woman that I assume was the manager and she was very rude. I love discount stores, but even Ross next door was more inviting.
