Well well well...Looks like YOU DON'T REALLY READ or acknowledge your customers reviews. Ever since you/Walgreens let John/manager go and half store left with him to Firewall location you keep hiring WORSE MANAGER OF THE YEAR for sure. Store is filthy, girls rude like I am asking my mom for favor 🤣🤣and above all gossiping and ignorance is 10 stars.When you ENTER this story you get nasty vibe,rude employees and NOBODY likes to shop in that environment. My as well CLOSE IT and let other Walgreens with Brian and Miss Adele take care of us as well Walgreens in Rockwall with AMAZING Richard at register always helpful, smiling old timer. Anyway FIX THIS STORE OR CLOSE IT. ...We got plenty around to choose from.

I was trying to schedule a covid vaccine appointment for this location for me and my family, but the site let me only get my covid vaccine because I put in that the rest of my family members were of hispanic latino origin, really!!! How can this be an option to not allow someone to have avaccine at their store based on their ethniticity?!?!?

Horrible experience. This is the pharmacist or the pharmacist tech “Zinah” whoever she is. She doesn’t know how to treat people equally with respect.

I kinda see why the ratings are so low. I asked for help with a gift card and waited patiently as the store clerk finished with a customer. She never helped me and I watched as she complained to another store clerk about how filthy her coworkers are because they leave food and drinks at the register. Come to find out, the drink she was using was his drink, so I guess she was calling him filthy! Take the time to assist customers, much more than just pointing in a direction and keep your negative comments to yourself. My grandma always says if you don't have nothing nice to say, don't say nothing at all!

I have been coming to this location for over 20 years. Over the past 10 years service has gotten progressively worse. At any given time it seems like it is 1-2 people working, that includes the manager. You have to hunt for staff. I really don’t understand how a company can allow such bad service year over year. Once you do find someone, they are truly inconvenienced by you disturbing them, including the manager. The pharmacy is a whole different bad review. They never get things right and attitudes are something else! I have finally hit my limit and will be using other companies in the area. Not worth the convenience any longer.

It’s sad and extremely unprofessional how the pharmacist Admet is. I’m so glad I called and not my 70yr old grandma! Walgreens needs to evaluate the people they are hiring. I called with questions and he was so ugly with me because I’m a person of color! That man should be ashamed of his self for talking to customers with so much anger. I can only imagine how he’s treats his staff!!!!!

I was at Walgreens yesterday evening. I purchased the bags of reese's peanutbutter cups in the shape of pumpkins that were on sale. I now know why they are on sale. Both bags were completely melted! Pictured below is what one looks like after being in the fridge over night. I don't typically buy candy but was really excited for these and this is what I got. I'm very disappointed that Walgreens sold such melted chocolate to their customers.

The facility is kept in good order from what I have seen. But on the last two occasions I've visited the store, upon walking in the door, the store's employees looked at me and walked towards the back of the store, where they talked to each other as I stood at the register where I was already to check out because my item of purchase is kept behind the register. Since I don't come in often, what are the odds that this is an uncommon practice to just walk away from a customer without exchanging a single word?

If I could give this location a lower score I would. I went in to use a kiosk for Western Union services which do not take any help from anyone and shouldn't ever be a bother to anyone. Halfway into my transaction the manager decides to walk up and ask me very aggressively if I'm using the kiosk because someone else needs it. As a former Walgreens employee I am appalled, knowing good and well that corporate would lose their minds completely and I have literally never had anyone in any place of business speak to me like they want to get physical especially when they are making money by doing nothing. I will never walk into this store again even if it's the last standing building on the planet and I recommend no one else does unless they enjoy being treated and spoken to like they are trash. Thankfully there are plenty of better choices in the area.

The pharmacist Melanie R. was extremely helpful and went above and beyond . Her customer service is the best I've experienced in a long time. It's good to know that there are people like her that actually care about their customers . I would of given 10 stars if was an option.
