My brakes started "heading south" last week on my van, so I brought her in for a check. Tony explained he was short-staffed and asked if I could return in the morning. Since my schedule allowed, I was happy to return. Olivia at the front was very pleasant the following morning. After the assessment, Tony was kind enough to come and explain the estimate. It was more than anticipated...so we talked about selling, keeping, or repairing. I can't tell you how much that little talk helped me. It was great to bounce my thoughts off of someone! They are very professionally and pay attention to details. I took my vehicle for a wheel alignment but they couldn't perform the job because my vehicle had serious damage underneath on the suspension parts. The technician explained me with details why they couldn't perform the job and on top of the time that they spent checking my vehicle; they didn't charge me a penny. This is the best place in Rowlett. These guys are super knowledgeable, really helpful, and really down to Earth about the reality of what it's going to take to get your car up and running. I trust these guys 100% with everything when it comes to our vehicles. They did great work getting our 2013 Rav4 going, even fixing some damage done by another place when we had to get transmission work done since that's the only thing they don't do. Tony and his team go above and beyond and you can tell they value their customers and the quality of their work. This is the only place we'll go for car maintenance and repairs. Went in for auto inspection. Checked in with very patient receptionist. I was able to wait quietly for my car. A short wait to get inspection done. Checked out and was on my way.
