We have gone to this location for over 10 years. It’s really gone downhill. Lately, each time we go, its been one problem after another. (going for an inspection on 3 separate occasions, and the person that does the inspections isn’t there- even when we have called beforehand to make she he would be there before making the trip) But today was the last straw- we will no longer give them our business. My young daughter went in to get her oil changed and they convinced her she “really needed” to do a flush & said “oh you won’t find a lower price anywhere” & pressured her. So she agrees and they charge her $119 for the flush & $80 for oil change. Granted, she should have said “let me check w/ my Dad first” before agreeing, but they totally took advantage of her in their “upsale.” So, buyer beware- not cool to take advantage of a young person!! I came here without an appointment on a busy Saturday. I was warmly greeted and given extremely quick and courteous service for a car inspection - Joe was especially helpful and kind! I can't recommend this location enough.

Took my 2017 Ford Fusion hybrid, (which has a built in oil life sensor for when oil needs to be changed and had recently recommended an oil change) immediately upon arrival was met with hostility. The first comment from technician is that car was 4000 miles over their sticker, which is 8000 miles total from the time of last oil change. I only use full synthetic and ford recommends oil changes in my vehicle every 7,500 to 10,000 miles. Moments later the tech comes in and refuses to do the oils change unless I pay for an engine flush because that’s how bad the oil is. I checked my oil, it is not bad. I advise him that I am not paying for an engine flush and I will take my business else where. Just trying to steal money from people. If you are not auto savvy stay away from them because they will sell you things you don’t need. Service: Oil change

Do NOT use this place. $176 and change for an oil change and air filters (Toyota Tacoma). Was told an oil change (synthetic) was required….ok, but at the tune of $80. So it was another almost $100 for filters???? No way! Not ever again. Completely rude on the phone also when I asked why it was so high. Service: Oil change

I went today for an oil change. I normally go to the dealership. Some guy met me at my car and told me how much and why. Really abrupt so I left. I didn't believe him (mainly because of his attitude) so I looked at my paperwork from the dealership to verify the oil they used. Called back and told them what my paperwork said. His response was to take it to the dealership. I then went to Take 5 just to see what they said. They explained that the paperwork did say it was convenientional oil but there was a type that fell under synthetic. So I was able to get it changed with them. My point is this. Instead of just shutting people down take two minutes and talk to them. Customer service goes a long way. Apparently you all care about money and not service.

JB was SUPERB! I went to Kwik Kar twice- once with mom and then today for me. He checked to make sure my car was I'm top shape for long distance travel! I'd definitely recommend coming here! Not only did he check everything out for me, but he made friendly conversation and gave a discount! Kwik Kar is awesome!

Beware before doing business here! The day after our oil change, the check-engine light turned on. So, I took it to be diagnosed at a repair shop. Turned out, Kwik Kar installed the wrong filter, which caused my vehicle to lose all oil pressure and nearly burned up the engine. It was a small miracle that I was even able to get it to the repair shop. It cost me more than $300 dollars to repair their mistake. When I went back to this Kwik Kar to present the repair receipt, original oil change receipt, and the wrong filter they installed, the Kwik Kar employee actually told me that he just didn't want to deal with it and then told me to get out. I could NOT believe it. I finally got him to refund me for the seriously bad work they had done originally, but that amount was nowhere near what it cost me to fix their mistakes. I will never do business with another Kwik Kar again. Service: Oil change
