Best pharmacy in Lake Saint Louis, Missouri (MO) 2024

The pharmacy staff is generally friendly and quick to assist. This is one of the few Walmart pharmacies I have experienced that has a drive up window very similar to a drive through bank teller system. You use the vacuum tube to send payment and to receive your prescription. Its handy and quick. In addition in times like this it's very convenient and safe. I recommend using it! ~Bryan

This the rudest pharmacy I have ever been to. When you approach the counter they barely smile or look at you and snap back if you have questions. The manager needs to step up the. customer service considerably.I will drive 10 miles never have to go to that pharmacy again. Worst experience ever! ~Beth
