The pharmacy staff is generally friendly and quick to assist. This is one of the few Walmart pharmacies I have experienced that has a drive up window very similar to a drive through bank teller system. You use the vacuum tube to send payment and to receive your prescription. Its handy and quick. In addition in times like this it's very convenient and safe. I recommend using it!

Wow! I’ve been going to this Walmart for years and never knew they had a drive through for the pharmacy. I recently had a doctor recommend that I move my prescriptions to Walmart because I’d save quite a bit of money. I changed last month and the savings was very significant. Having the drive thru means I don’t have to find a parking space or get out of the car. Love it!

I used it for the first time yesterday - other than not being able to hear the first gentleman very well (I am a little hard of hearing on the low pitches) when the young lady took over, I could hear just fine. I love being able to use drive up service.

The staff is usually friendly enough but they acted flummoxed when our doctor wrote for over the counter meds because our insurance covers them. They won't do the leg work to find out if it's covered unless we push them to do it. Otherwise they just tell us it's an over the counter med and we can just buy it. Yes, that's true, but if insurance is going to cover it why wouldn't we go that route? Also our primary care physician is a nurse practitioner and our insurance won't pay for prescriptions unless an MD writes for it. Instead of calling doctors office and clearing it up they wait until we get there and then we have to wait even longer. Also, we've had three scripts come with the wrong amount of pills in the bottle. Two we can't prove (my husband ran out way before he should have of his 30 day supply and even skipped a couple of days and there's no other explanation of where the pills went) but one they over filled so we have proof (doctor wrote for 14 and the pharmacy gave us 30). If they can miscount pills, filling with the wrong dosage isn't outside the realm of possibilities and that's just scary. We switched from schnucks pharmacy in Lake St. Louis for the convenience of it but we're now switching back. We filled with them for years and never had a single issue.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I did everything I could using the automated system to refill. One of my rx worked with the automated but one would not. So thinking I would get a Wal-Mart employee that was educated and could correct this problem I called. I spoke with Charles he was nothing but excuses and refused to look into or acknowledge a problem. After trying to overcome the language barrier and get charles to understand the problem multiple times. He hangs up on me. I call back and am told the pharmacy manager jessica was not avaliable and working overnights. Then call to store manager he explains pharmacy is its own unit and he would try to fix. No resolution. Do not patronize this uneducated mess you will regret it. After 3 minutes face to face at the wentzville store problem found and fixed. So once again educate your people on your systems and customer service shame on walmart and pay a little more maybe you could get better help. I will be moving all future rx to schnucks.

Tired of your automated system telling me that my medicine will be ready at a certain time only to be told that it isn’t ready when I get up there. This happens all the damn time and I’m sick of being completely out of medicine for days even when I call 2 days in advance! If I’m completely out of medicine for over 24 hours I get sick and can’t function at work so I’d appreciate if you called ppl back if there order won’t be ready and at least give them something to take until you get their order ready. Because this isn’t ok.

Walmart didn't screw you. You have the option to go somewhere else like Costco, yet you rage against Walmart like you had no other option when you had the option to pay less somewhere else for the full script and not the partial.
