Waited 30+ mins for dine-in order. Just ONE person preparing orders. Should have read reviews of people complaining about wait times before I went there. Definitely won’t be going back any time soon especially during lunch time.

The line was insanely long and went super slow. I had 3 different people take my order. My chalupa had chicken on it instead beef which is not what ordered. I asked for extra hot sauce and they gave me 7 for my 8 items. They also tried to hand my the wrong drink. I understand there are staffing issues everywhere but this was not a very pleasant experience

This tacobell is horrible. Sat in the drive thru for 30 mins for 2 door dash orders. Other taco bells have their lobby open. If its a staffing issue maybe they should have the general manage, district manager and who ever else inside.

This Taco Bell was great! It was everything you'd expect from this fast food chain. The food was fresh and great. The service was quick and friendly. In fact, it was so great it made me want more so I went to the Taco Bell in my own hometown the next night (huge mistake...but you will have to read their review to find out why.) LOL. Great job, Lake St. Louis Taco Bell!

Leaving this for others to beware. My husband and I did an order ahead order. When we arrived, the doors were locked. I called inside where the very rude individual told me I had to sit in the drive through to get my mobile order. I sat for 35 minutes and couldn’t wait any longer.

Mary said these were going to be the best chicken chipotle melts I’ve ever had and SHE WAS RIGHT! The energy the rest of the team had behind the counter was awesome as well. The store was well kept and clean and I’ll definitely be back again for some of these melts! THANKS MARY!

This line is always long. But on today's visit, 02 19 22, I swear Corporate must have just visited. Every item was made to spec. When I see thoughtfulness go into fast food, it makes me smile. Cheese and meat should never be skeeted or overdone, balance is key.

Trevor was extremely friendly at the window. You just rarely see that when driving through a fast food restaurant anymore. Trevor made direct eye contact and was generally just really nice. An order of Cinnabons was missing from the bag and a ton of lettuce in the chicken protein bowl. To be honest, I’m just happy that that location is consistently staffed and open. I did fill out the survey for Trevor but didn’t know where to put his name. Great job though Trevor!

The drive thru was so long, it was difficult to get into the parking lot, but inside there was no wait. We ordered from the kiosk, and I added onions and extra lettuce and asked for no rice. They actually made all 3 changes without messing anything up. So I was impressed.
