I tried to order a large order this evening. The man at the drive thru window at 9:00pm attempted two credit cards and a debit card but nothing would go through. Our order was all ready and the man admitted it was a glitch in their system and it had happened earlier in the day. I'm not sure that is really the truth as the man kept taking off with each card for a long time. I swear if any of my cards were compromised, I'll be directing the police right back up there. So, dude with beard at 9pm should know I will be watching my accounts for a long time. Anyway, I asked if they were just going to throw the food away and he said yes unless I had cash. This was ridiculous. I was humiliated by the supposed glitch, waited in line and he probably brought free food home!

The drive thru worker answered the speaker with "Go!" and was yelling at customers to get their cars as close together as possible, I guess to get one more order through faster or something? Previous Review: Decent food. My biggest gripe is the fries are never fresh. They are always smashed into a cup and cold.

I usually come through this place almost every day I work and I try to be really nice, but they just avoided me at the window and pulled the manager to cash me out. The entire time their employees have been talking about me in the back and specifically about my employment, shouting "it's the * girl!! It's the *girl!" So I'd really just like to ask what's wrong with you? And tell you that you guys aren't being quiet at all and never have been about your customers, even before I was nearly daily here. I would have said it all on the phone, but y'all never answer either.

Food was very small serving, not very tasty. I thought Sonic was known for curbside service, nope. Set at stalls quite some time before we were told to go to drive up to order. The guy taking orders must of been having a bad day, I don't expect 5 star service, but a thank you would of been nice. Don't recommend, won't go back.

Excellent. We just had a couple shakes but they were great. Service was very timely and friendly. Just what I needed!

I have never been so disappointed in this Sonic.. I usually get my items in a quick and friendly manner, but today was the complete opposite. Not to mention the chicken wrap I just got looks absolutely disgusting.
