Called and asked if they charged motorcycle batteries the two men working both said yes. I took a brand new battery (bought same day) over there with the instruction booklet and asked them to charge it to the specific instructions. They ignored the instructions and fried my battery. Then they tried to blame the store I bought it from, all while laughing and joking about the battery and how it was messed up. The old man was rude and levir claiming to be a manager didn't do anything but laugh along with him. ~Kyle
