Hello my name I Frankie. Today is Sept. 10 2022. I call autozone, store number 303 on Lemay Ferry Road, St Louis Missouri this morning. I spoke with a gentleman named Elvir. I asked him could he help to put my tail light unit in, and did they have a part for my nitro, if so can he snap it in. He said they didn't have the part, but he said he can put the unit in, just bring it by which I did. When I got there, he put ithe unit in force me which I appreciate it. I had to go somewhere else to get the part, and when I returned he snap the part in for me without hesitation. I really appreciate that. He is a amazing, kind, patient gentleman and I am thankful that I had him as my customer service representative. I usually always come there and I am glad I did and I will continue. Thanks again

Called and asked if they charged motorcycle batteries the two men working both said yes. I took a brand new battery (bought same day) over there with the instruction booklet and asked them to charge it to the specific instructions. They ignored the instructions and fried my battery. Then they tried to blame the store I bought it from, all while laughing and joking about the battery and how it was messed up. The old man was rude and levir claiming to be a manager didn't do anything but laugh along with him.

I wish I could remember the gentleman's name, he was so awesome I wish I could give him a raise myself. My godson was broke down in front of their business and that gentleman went above and beyond to help him with loner tools and advice. Can't recommend them enough.

I guess it wouldn't have been too bad if I didn't have to listen to a customer and the clerk talk about their weekend waited 15 minutes inline because the clerk could not stop talkin to the customer so the other customers had to endure The Weeknd story that no one cared about except the clerk and his buddy customer won't be going back there anytime soon where's the professionalism

An excellent establishment. They helped me pick out the best battery for my car AND THEN INSTALLED IT FOR ME! They were quick and efficient, the person I spoke to and who replaced my battery recommended a couple products, told me WHY he was recommending them, and with my limited car knowledge, Even I could see the levels of some fluids were low. It took a huge weight off my shoulders to get a new battery AND have it installed right then and there. Also, as a young woman who went to the store alone, I didn't feel taken advantage of or uncomfortable perusing the shop while my battery was being changed; sometimes you can feel other employees leering at you, But I felt very comfortable the whole time.
