I woke up Sunday morning August 21st and my battery was dead. I jumpstarted it and went to AutoZone at 922 Loughborough Ave, Saint Louis, MO 63111. Peter S. from AutoZone greeted me at the door with a smile and asked what he could help me with. He checked my battery and told me it was bad and replaced it with a new one with courtesy, efficiency and quick service. He further ensured that the problem with my vehicle was fixed. Peter was so knowledgeable and professional! I definitely appreciate the wonderful customer service he provided. Thank you, Peter!

The clerk acted like I was interrupting his telephone time when I asked him for a headlight part number. No assistance offered except for the number. Then he was taking a long time with the old fellow in front of me. I put the part back on the shelf and got in my car and left.

Bought a starter online, turns out I didn’t need it. Went to return it - in the box, unopened - and the guy at the store acted like I was speaking a foreign language. Apparently, in 2022, AutoZone personnel still can’t wrap their heads around how to process the return of an item purchased online. Gotta wait for Mike, but he’s out in the lot changing a bulb for a customer. Daniel says to go back to the commercial accounts lady, maybe she can help. She gives me the same response: only Mike knows how to process returns of items bought online. I decided to try my luck at a dif location; 15 wasted minutes watching this clown show was enough.

This is an awesome AutoZone with employees go out of their way to make sure that you're satisfied before you leave their store and they go to Great lengths to get your parts in a timely manner they're awesome keep up the good work guys

Called and asked if they had a trailer hitch in the 2 5/16” available and they said yes and that the price was 14.99. Showed up and grabbed it. Price was 27.99. Wouldn’t honor the price they told me on the phone and even with it being in the spot that showed 14.99. Would not recommend autozone

This is a great company but the manager Robert insulted my character over a defected product in front of all the other staff and customers. I explained my situation after he had told me as I entered that he wasn't doing any returns. I calmly responded that wasn't professional to represent this company with such a rude attitude. Then he adjusted his position. Love the company but that was the last time I'm going there. Lemay location is awesome!!!!!!!$$

I needed a new battery installed immediately. I spoke with Tim, he said they usually don't install them past five. I got there at 4:50 and without any hesitation Tim installed it himself, in the dark and also very cold weather. The staff was very kind and I cannot say enough how helpful Tim was, and how badly I needed this done tonight. Thank you so much for helping me with this, you made a very stressful situation ok and I am incredibly greatful!
