Best fast food restaurant in North Kansas City, Missouri (MO) 2024

I love a good ice cream cone on a hot day. DQ has the best soft serve. Yet somehow whenever I’m at this location - the wait in the drive through can be anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes. They have a window that you can see into from the drive through, and often you’ll find they make your order way in advance; before you’re even to the window. Every time I find my ice cream to be melting or nearly falling off my cone. I will say that the young lady who took our order today did make our order once we got to the window, as requested - but I feel like this should be normal and I should not have to ask. ~Madelaine
