Well, I guess we live in a different day AND age. I don't understand why service takes a backseat while prices skyrocket but it seems to be the new norm. I tried talking to a representative for a business I had probs with and good luck. All in all,place clean, there quick enough, just young 🌱

I love a good ice cream cone on a hot day. DQ has the best soft serve. Yet somehow whenever I’m at this location - the wait in the drive through can be anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes. They have a window that you can see into from the drive through, and often you’ll find they make your order way in advance; before you’re even to the window. Every time I find my ice cream to be melting or nearly falling off my cone. I will say that the young lady who took our order today did make our order once we got to the window, as requested - but I feel like this should be normal and I should not have to ask.

This is the closest dairy Queen to my house. My family and I used to go here once a week. Their service overall has gone downhill over the past few months. The last few times we have ordered blizzards they come out completely wrong.. We expect a long wait especially since we were getting there so close to close, but it's very disappointing to have incorrectly made blizzards which included peanuts. My husband is allergic to peanuts 😐

Eat over half a my 4 peace chicken basket to find out on the last peace it was not cooked all the way then they had to make 5 different phone calls to give me my money back. Simple fact is I found uncooked chicken in my four piece chicken basket it shouldn’t of had to be that hard to give me my money back

The past three or four visits here have been horrendous. The food is fine, but the service is terrible. Orders are often wrong, and it’s incredibly slow. The in store experience is even worse than the drive through. I’m guessing there might be multiple family members working together, so training and feedback might be lacking. I don’t think I’ll be giving them another shot. Looking forward to the canned DQ Fan Relations “we hope you give us another shot” response.

We pulled up to the speaker in the drive thru and after a couple of minutes heard, "Irder when ready," very faintly. We then had to repeat our order because her headset cut out. When we finally got to the window, the girl had absolutely no idea how to do our app rewards. After we told her how to scan, she did, closed the window and came back a couple minutes later saying it didn't take and we had to do it again. When we got our order, the two blizzards were shake consistency, pouring out all over the cups. We had to ask for extra napkins to clean up their mess before we could even bring them inside our car. It's definitely time to find a new Saturday ice cream place.

We had a taste/craving for a old fashion banana split, but we didn't want to travel far. literally never experienced more brain dead people working at one place in my life. every time we come here, the order is wrong. I reiterate what I order more than once and it still comes out wrong? then the 12 year olds working here cop an attitude when you advise them your order is wrong, and hand you back a drink with black and brown flecks floating around in it. i will never come here again. I’m not sure who is in charge of hiring these kids, but evidently you need to manage your store better.

Poor service. These ladies need guidance in how to multitask. I ordered a dipped cone and small drink to go. They served the dipped cone, then had to wait 10 minutes for the drink. None of the customers were in order,, it was the worse service I have ever had. Please get them someone who knows how to manage this Dairy Queen. Never again for me.
