Great Experience from beginning to end! I started the process online with Kyle, he answered all my questions and set me up with an appointment to come in. When we got there we were immediately greeted by Jonathan Chavez who took excellent care of us! He showed me multiple options before helping me pick out my car. Then Jesse went over our financing info, no pressure! Jesse asked multiple questions to help us figure out the best warranties to add. These guys are the best! I highly recommend!

On 05/07/22 I met with Patrick A.K.A. KIA Pat, about possibly trading in my 2019 KIA Niro S Touring Hybrid on a 2022 KIA Niro EX EV. KIA Pat was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, funny, and we got along great right away. Unfortunately the Niro EV in the color I wanted to look at was recently sold and they had not had a chance to remove it from their website. Without missing a beat, KIA Pat had two other color options also in the EX trim level, asked which one I preferred, and I chose the Snow White Pearl one. After test driving it, we went back inside to discuss business. At this point it was lunch time, and I was hungry cause i hadnt eaten yet. KIA Pat asked if I liked fried chicken, and I said who doesn't lol. They had lunch catered in that day and he got me a plate of food and a beverage so that I didn't have to go elsewhere. I thought that was very nice and even made the joke, asking if he was afraid of me leaving cause I might not come back lol. KIA Pat said no, not at all, we have plenty of food here and you shouldn't have to go elsewhere when we have plenty of food here. Your my customer and it's the least I could do he said. Once we settled on a deal, everything was explained to me in detail, easy to understand, and all my questions were answered completely during the buying process. Oakes KIA gave me a great amount for my trade in and even better price on my new vehicle without any hidden charges, market adjustment markups, etc. The whole process was very transparent without any pressure to purchase extra coverages, warranties, options, add ons, etc. They explained and laid everything out for me, and let me choose what was right for me, with no hassles, haggling, or pressure. In fact, they got me a better APR on my new vehicle loan than I had on my previous vehicle that I was trading in, which surprised me and made me very happy. I couldn't be happier with my whole buying experience at Oakes KIA and will definitely tell everyone needing a new or used vehicle to see KIA Pat and the staff at Oakes KIA. This to me is why people who hate going to dealerships should come to Oakes Kia, they make the vehicle buying experience pleasant again. I left the dealership very comfortable and confident, in both my deal and Oakes KIA, that I was taken care of. And if I have any questions or concerns in the future, that Oakes Kia will take care of it all.

Where do I begin? The roller coaster ride of car shopping right now is enough to defeat the best. It’s just complete chaos. But I have never seen someone so determined to calm the storm for me. My salesman, Derrick Dow, is just unbelievable. He rode the ride of emotions with me and never gave up (even when tapping into our vulture side so a car wasn’t scooped up and staying late to make sure I didn’t leave empty handed). Honestly feel like I gained a best friend along with my car. He made the inevitable joy kill so much fun. Thank you doesn’t even begin to touch the gratitude he deserves. I don’t normally write reviews but after my experience with Derrick Weaver, I felt I need to give credit where credit is due. Walking into Kia I wasn’t sure what I wanted, nor where to start. Derrick was patient and knowledgeable, which helped guide me to the right car for me and my family. No matter what dealership he might venture off to, he will be the guy you want to go to. He’s a good time and sells a good product. 10/10 recommend Derrick Weaver for president

It’s a weird time to buy a car, but Tim H made it a memorable one. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure all the questions were answered. Never did we feel judged, rushed, or like we were being sold to which is a big change from another Kia dealer we visited. He’s patient and thorough. I have bought more than a few cars in my lifetime and am always prepared for a "price negotiations" battle. I was pleasantly surprised how easy and clear everything was laid out.
