Best cell phone store in Raytown, Missouri (MO) 2024

I just went here today to get a new phone. I don’t know his name but he’s a older gentle man was AMAZING. This rude lady was screaming and cursing at him and he remained calm the whole time. Collective, calm, patient and very nice considering this lady was a very hard customer. He apologized for our wait, helped me with my new phone and hooked me up. He also pointed out I was paying extra when I shouldn’t of. He went beyond and above for me and was amazing and sweet. I don’t recall his name..but I went March 13th at 2pm ish. Y’all better give this man a raise for what he does!!! ~Carrie
