I just went here today to get a new phone. I don’t know his name but he’s a older gentle man was AMAZING. This rude lady was screaming and cursing at him and he remained calm the whole time. Collective, calm, patient and very nice considering this lady was a very hard customer. He apologized for our wait, helped me with my new phone and hooked me up. He also pointed out I was paying extra when I shouldn’t of. He went beyond and above for me and was amazing and sweet. I don’t recall his name..but I went March 13th at 2pm ish. Y’all better give this man a raise for what he does!!!

I decided to try this location. all the other locations that I go to are pretty friendly and give excellent customer service, but this location I visited on this day and as I entered the store, the employee was sitting down on her phone having a conversation and the atmosphere felt very unprofessional. Needless to say, I will not be going to this location again. I wouldn't recommend and will stick with the other locations in Kansas City Kansas that have given me excellent customer service.

I was in the store today after work, needing help with my phone when the worker Adriana was so very helpful i was having a bad day at work as it was but she made my day i kept saying sorry i didn't know how to do much in my phone , she told her time to show me , this world move so fast these days and it's so good to see a beautiful person inside in out God bless you Adriana.
