Shem and his team have blown us away. My 11 year old son, Dylan, is so excited every Friday night because he gets to gi work out on Saturday morning. Shem has added so many different classes this fall. Dylan works his rear off and has so much fun. It has been a joy to see his confidence soar through the roof. Shem works the kids hard and has FUN! Dylan does boxing and agility this season and he loves it. Shem has a nice clean gym with a very positive atmosphere.
