Best discount store in Springfield, Missouri (MO) 2024

I had ran into Dollar general for a couple things obviously that never works in my favor. The little girl that help me and answered so many questions for me her name was Emma and she was so freaking sweet she helped me, she answered questions I had about an item and smiled the whole time. These are the type of places that I like to go I don't like cranky I don't like rude and so far today every place I've been have been great adventures. High kudos Emma, and Dollar General you did a great job hiring her. ~Angela

Well it's about like any Dollar General you've been before. There doing good keep a 6' distance from eachother. The cashier was very friendly. But everytime I go in there to get pop there always out. Thats why only a 3 star rating. ~Christina

Customer service was great. The store was tidy for a inner city store. However the grocery section is arranged very strange. Maybe take a look at Warsaw or Camdenton cause their groceries are organized on the shelf better. ~John

The neighborhood market is always so much nicer to visit than a big Walmart. There are always less people to dodge and it has everything that you need for groceries. It makes it much quicker than having the diversions of electronic stuff and home decor and what have you. In and out with groceries and home. That's all you need. The good thing is it does have a pharmacy so you can do it all in one fell swoop. ~Christine
