Best nutritionist in Springfield, Missouri (MO) 2024

I joined this gym back in January as part of my journey to get back on track with my fitness goals. I’ve leveraged their nutrition services, performance classes, and some of their testing services. The whole experience has been wonderful, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The performance programming is well thought out and even works on strengthening muscles groups that are often neglected. Very happy to be part of this gym! ~Phillip

I buldged a disk in my back along with compressing the spine. I had been in pain for a couple of years. In that couple of years I got out of shape and had pain from my back daily. I decided I needed a change and Pavel has helped me make that change. He has so much knowledge of how the body works and what muscles you need to use to strengthen different parts of your body. I have been pain free since I started training with him. I no longer need heating pads for my back or medicine. I would highly recommend him if you have any kind of back issue! He can get your body into better shape and help strengthen you back. ~Amber
