6 Best veterinarian in Springfield, Missouri (MO) 2024

This staff has been absolutely amazing! I found myself in a bit of a pickle this morning. My 9 year old pup had a very sore mouth, and I couldn’t find a vet that was accepting new clients and could squeeze us in. After explaining the issue and my concerns, the employee agreed that it couldn’t wait and found a way to get me in. Every staff member we met today was super friendly, and super sweet with my baby. They all seemed genuinely concerned about her well being. Cost was comparable with other vets we’ve been to. No hidden charges, or up fees. We will definitely be back. 💕 ~Kids

Our dog ran into a sharp corner of our boat trailer and absolutely ripped open her shoulder. It was the evening and they still took her in. They sewed her up, kept her over night, and she healed famously with the drainage tube and other orders we were given. Dr. Reid and his team were so kind and helped us avoid an insane bill from an emergency vet clinic. They talked us through every part of the services we would receive and verified prices before anything was done. So professional and very personal service. Highly recommend!!! ~sara

I absolutely love taking my dogs here. My malamute mix, Nala, became pretty sick suddenly a few months ago and after an over night stay at the emergency vet I brought her right in and they helped her so much! Showed me how to give my girl an i.v. incase she needed it and are so so kind! They called the next day to see how she was and kept in close contact with us incase we need anything. ~Jess

We have been using Doc Wilson for close to 20 years and I will not go anywhere else. He has been amazing with every pet we've ever brought through the door. And he and his staff have lovingly helped us with several of our furbabies passing over the rainbow bridge. He had the best connection with my very not people friendly kitty Indy.. indy just didn't like people. But he loved Doc. I've read some of these bad reviews and I just don't understand it. I have never had a bad experience. And Melissa is just amazing! She's my go to if Doc is busy and can't get us in immediately! My entire family uses this vet! ~Jessica

My 11 year old boxer enjoys having his nails trimmed with these brave and soothing technicians. Rhino my 4 year old boxer had his nails clipped for the first time. His was soo excited by the energy and attention. Rhino would be excited to have his nails done at the 'salon" weekly! ~Deja
