Best tire shop in Wentzville, Missouri (MO) 2024

Our car broke down on Saturday of a holiday weekend. AAA towed our car here. We had no idea what to expect! We called them around 9 am the day after the holiday. The gentleman said they would “try” to check it out. We had spent an anxious weekend … 1500 miles from home, wondering if the car was even repairable. It looked like the axel May be broken. A few hours later we received a call telling us what was wrong.. and it wasn’t anything as bad as we thought! We were told it would be ready the next day! By 10:30 the following day the car was fixed! There was a minor issue after we drove it around a bit… which they quickly repaired. They did a fabulous job at a more than fair price. They could have really ripped us off knowing we were desperate… but they didn’t! They were friendly, helpful and put a priority rush since we had already been stuck there for 5 days! We were travelling from Az to NJ pulling a trailer as we had just sold our home and we’re moving the contents back to our home in NJ! Unfortunately I didn’t take a pix of the damage! Month and a half on tires, bad tires from BF Goodrich or they are not properly installing. 3 out of 4 have bad ro run out causing vehicle to hop excessively. Will never do this again , going on my 6th trip next week . So frustrated ~Scott
