Owner told me on the phone that I need refill coverage insurance to rent without a credit card. I purchased a travel rental car policy, got to the office, and was then informed there's also a $500 deposit. That would have been nice to know over the phone. ~Crystal

Coming all the way from Chicago , we came across this Dunkin and the young lady that took our order sounded annoyed then once we went to the window to pay horrible customer service and almost forgot to give us our full order. You need to hire better employees having experience for over 10 years of management that’s so unprofessional. ~Jeanett

I love flex & ryde. I am a traveler and I am only in North Platte for a few months. I am so happy my coworkers told me about this place. I first joined for the bootcamp. I was given an excellent nutritional meal plan to follow by as well as workout classes to attend. Flex & Ryde offers kickboxing, cycling, yoga, circuit classes and strength classes. I now have a love for yoga. The instructors for all of the classes are amazing. THank you Flex & Ryde. ~Susie

Great place but they don't have alot of vehicles on site. She tried to give us the best deal & worked hard to find a vehicle with a 2 hour notice. I heard it's hard to reserve online but give them call. Keep trying because its so busy. We had an Expedition & it was perfect for our trip! Do NOT rent from the Hertz airport location. They are the reason we needed a vehicle on short notice! Very difficult to work with & you can't drive outside the surrounding states. ~Midwest

I had no idea this coffee place was here. It’s a really nice and clean place. Their staff are very polite and friendly. I’m surprised not a lot of people come here. I ordered a large iced latte with one pump of vanilla. It’s delicious and refreshing. Thanks Scooter’s! ~Ruslan
