Waited 28 minutes for my order & two cars in front of me. Only ordered 4 shots in a large cup with half & half. Got down the road only to find they didn't even add the half & half!! Bad service there again!!!

We stopped in for breakfast on a road trip and loved Scooters. The shop is clean and modern. The breakfast sandwich and latte were good, and the smoothies were better. I definitely recommend stopping at Scooters when you're passing by on I80!

They need to upgrade from a fake chai to a more authentic chai mix. It’s straight cane sugar and natural flavors. The employee read the nutritional value and it was 22g sugar per pump and they put 10 pumps in a large!!! I have to idea why they are letting customers drink this. Very disappointed that I did without knowing. Besides that though employees were very accommodating and helped me in many ways.

i dont drink coffee anymore but when i did this was my go to place and if i ever start drinking coffee again this will be the place that i will be, they also have great food options slightly high in price for the size of the food but always tastes good

Got a cake pop and it was raw dough. Called to let them know and the girl on the phone said it’s normally doughy. I tried to tell her that it was completely raw and she hung up on me

I had no idea this coffee place was here. It’s a really nice and clean place. Their staff are very polite and friendly. I’m surprised not a lot of people come here. I ordered a large iced latte with one pump of vanilla. It’s delicious and refreshing. Thanks Scooter’s!

Thank God this place was open when other more “popular” chains were closed. We were in need of some serious cold caffeine and they delivered! I think we might make it home to Denver. Katelynn rocks!

Ordered a muffin and a cappuccino. The cappuccino was very bad! No strength, way too milky, to me it seemed like both the coffee quality and the machine used to make it were below par. FYI, the best one I had was at La Columbe in NY. I was waiting for my muffin and they warmed it without asking and when I got it, it was falling apart and not tasty at all. Again poor quality. Threw out both the items. The staff were smiling and super busy with the drive in folks so they were inattentive to the walk in customers. Also there were at least 6 flies hovering around which did not give a nice feeling.

Visited Scooters in Lexington, NE and North Platte, NE on 12/8/2021. Excellent service, friendly staff! The dark roast coffee...just not very good...at either place. Tastes like what you get at a truck stop...slightly bitter. Suggestion....go down the street to Starbucks....taste a sample. If you can get even half as good, you might have something : - )
