Best car rental agency in Manchester, New Hampshire (NH) 2024

2ND Rental with Budget this year. TERRIBLE. Car was a complete mess. Bugs and debris were splattered all over the front of the car and the rest of the exterior was covered in dirt. Clearly, this car hadn't been properly cleaned in a while. The inside had trash on the floor from the previous renters. Absolutely no effort was made to even try and make the car look presentable. The car had less than 4000 miles on it and was not a cheap rental. We paid $450 for 4 days. Because this is the 2nd time this has happened this year (2 different locations), I have contacted the corporate office. No response in 2 weeks. Lastly, poor signage. No indication of the rental counter location. We walked out to the lot and had to be directed back to where the counter was located. When we returned the car Monday morning one employee said to the other "what is the special occasion that we actually have 2 people here today?" Buyer Beware. ~William
