We were there for a quick fix and took a rest on our way to New Hope. The decor is bright and the maintenance was great especially their restroom. We got a cup of medium Hot Latte and a Cinnamon Roll which are our go-to’s to share. Both drink and food were decent with reasonable price. We would suggest to download their app and join the reward program. ~Hsin

Terrible customer service & Unprofessional behavior! Today 8/17/23 at 11 AM I called to inquire about services and pricing of Branchurg Animal hospital has to offer. I was considering may be to change our veterinarian and asked about dental cleaning prices. The lady who picked up the phone was not helpful at all, kept interrupting me and spoke over me. I had to ask her twice to stop and please listen to what i was trying to acomplish. She was insisting "she is just a receptionist " and unable to provide any pricing even in general. I then ask her to connect me with someone who can answer my questions. She was very rude and toled me there is no one there to talk to me and all she can do is to tell me again that I need to come in snd pay for a visit ( she wouldn't say how much ) just to ask any other price related questions. At that point I asked for her name and was toled : " You don't get to have this info" and then she hanged up. As a person who spend 28 years working with general public, I am very confident that a person like this should not be allowed to work with people and isspecially be the face of the business! Not only she was not helpful, she was not knowledgeable, rude and extremely unprofessional! I don't know how are the doctors in this office but I not sure I will bring my business there since I am definitely not ok with being treated like this! ~Regina

No matter the problem Dr. Sam is a caring absolute gentleman who truly cares for the God given responsibility to love animals. More importantly, which is a trademark of a good Doctor: he listens to the patients owner and what type treatment they want for their pet. Never has he been an over bearing Doctor who knows it all. He is treating our cat Sunrise for a tough gum infection and he is improving but is a work in progress and will take time but with Gods help and Dr Sam’s treatments we look forward to a good outcome. Thanks Doc and staff keep up the good work. ~Ciro
