The drive through on a Saturday morning took us half an hour… with only two cars in front of us! We couldn’t go in to order because door was locked. The woman working the window left to sign someone on to a register while our bag of food sat right by the closed window. Then, no napkins. Fast food it isn’t!

I usually go to this McDonald’s I never really had an issue I seen people that have, I did today, I usually order in the app so I don’t have to put anyone there through a hassle I usually have big orders. Today they seem busy so when I checked before I left I had purchase 7 sandwiches and I only had 6 so I went around the drive through again waited patiently the person who talked to me through the speaker didn’t give me an issue he said okay just go to the second window, when I got there, an employee called her supervisor MARTA I heard when she called her name so I explained to her as well politely, she asked me for the receipt I showed the one on my phone she didn’t want to look at it I am guessing she has not a lot of knowledge that people get a receipt through email and she didn’t want to give me anything cause I didn’t have a paper receipt, I had mine and I just wanted what I paid for, she was disrespectful and at the end another employee brought me the sandwich. I understand there’s nasty people out there not everyone is the same and if they were to check the order before it gets to the customer there wouldn’t be any problems, this lady need to stop acting like the customer is never right, I’ve worked in restaurant business before and one thing I learned is to leave my problems from home at home, you should always have a good attitude for customers. We all have bad days. So Mrs. MARTA when someone gets a bad attitude towards you is not cause they want to it’s because you are absolutely rude and disrespectful even when someone it’s asking nicely for a mistake it was made at the restaurant you are managing.

I travel from NY to PA now and then but make it a point to grab a breakfast sandwich at this particular McDonalds. It is always fresh and filled. It doesn't look like someone sat on it before serving it. Check it out if you are in the area.

I mostly buy Coke and Dr. Pepper, apple pies, fries, and sometimes burgers. Food is prepared well. Staff is courteous. Drive up line moves fast, never have had to wait long. The food menu could use some modernization. I have had their mango and strawberry-banana smoothies which are tasty. The caramel frappe is yummy. The place is never that busy inside.

No salad! No grilled chicken! Only fried food. Small menu. Didn't offer anything else. I was disappointed. I'll go to another fast food from now on. I like healthy options.

Incredibly rude and unpleasant Hispanic male manager here who called my husband a liar because he informed them that we were missing (4) chicken nuggets. Maybe instead of accusing people of lying about such petty things they should ensure they complete each customer’s order properly.

I went to the drive thru and waited there for 5 minutes and no one asked for my order. I finally drove to the pick up window and I could see employees inside doing nothing. Just ignoring the fact that I was a waiting customer. I had to call the facility and tell them that I was at the window. She made me drive all the way around again for no reason and finally took my order. Very unprofessional. Won’t be returning.

Stopped cause of convenience, about 830am, door says dining room opens at 8am, but everything is still locked up and wont let you in. Go to drive thru, place order, pull up to pay, cashier felt the need to tell me they're out of pennies, so now he's obviously not opening a new roll..... pull up further, now my order is messed up 3 times..... in the it was all corrected, but this is one McDonalds that's just a mess.

The worst place to eat they always mess up your order.. they did it the first time and I went again to give them a second chance and of course they mess up my order again and the receipt is never clear so you can't even complain 0 stars from my point of view

We were there for a quick fix and took a rest on our way to New Hope. The decor is bright and the maintenance was great especially their restroom. We got a cup of medium Hot Latte and a Cinnamon Roll which are our go-to’s to share. Both drink and food were decent with reasonable price. We would suggest to download their app and join the reward program.
