In fact, your adjusters, and yourself refused to respond to my emails in regard to why you never provided an offer within the 60-day period. I emailed your company in intervals, 2 weeks prior to the deadline, a week out, the day of, and after the deadline. You and your employees completely disappeared. Please, elaborate how that is appropriate? Please clarify how that is professional? Ironically, your office even had the audacity to tell the Military Claims Office that you did not have enough time to provide a settlement offer(you sat on the request for over 40 days before transferring to your claims department. I have the email traffic to prove it). Absolutely outrageous! I tried to be cordial and understanding. I wanted to believe that you and your company would handle this professionally however your actions have suggested otherwise. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well. Expect a congressional inquiry. If I can spare at least one person the hassle of ever dealing with your company, then my losses will have not been in vain. Even after reading through bad reviews about Atlas & Ace World Wide, I decided to go with Ace world Wide. Booker assured me that quote estimate is right and covers packing of all the stuff including 3 TVs. I have a proof of email conversation with Booker. When Move coordinator called me and looked at the quote, she said that this quote needs to be revised because it has only 1 TV. Again I went back to booker to double confirm that previous quote provided by Booker is valid and he assured me again that there is no need to revise it. They will pack and transport our additional 2 TVs for free. I believed them again. One day before the scheduled delivery, I got an email for the payment. I got shocked when I show the invoice. The invoice had a charge of $613 for packing of 2 additional TVs. Wowwwwww. I could have bought 2 brand new TVs for the price of $613. I emailed back to Booker and Coordinator about this. They said the charges are accurate and we cannot adjust it. The packers packed 3 TVs so you will have to pay for 3 TVs. I had to pay full amount or else they would not deliver/release my stuff. There was no time to fight because It was just one day before delivery. Such a big liars. They do not have ethics. I will not use Atlas & Ace World Wide again and I will also warn other people to not use this company. This company should not be in the business. I was in your 277 Rte 18 store today purchasing a new phone and 2 watches. My salesperson was Victoria Valdez who was so knowledgeable, kind, caring and so friendly. There are no questions she could not answer. I was astounded knowing( as she told me she started in April. ). I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. The same goes for Belton Pryor, who helped out when he wasn't with his own client. He too being friendly, caring and kind. There is no reason I would not hesitate to recommend your store and your employees to anyone. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. I felt as though I've known them, as I spent a fair amount of time there. (Necessarily so). Thank you AT&T ~Deborah

There are budget stores but not so good quality. Then there is Five Below that is on the money and with great quality. Five Below is one of my all time favorite stores to visit. This location is located in a great location with an accessible parking. We mainly shop here for board games or little toys that we could get for ourselves or for the kids in the family. You get the same quality of items that you would get somewhere else too, probably for a higher price. There’s so much of variety of budget items right from games, sports, toys, electronics, garden items to clothes. The staff are kind and you can never walk out disappointed. ~Karthikeyan

Went all the way to Wawa today to get a gobbler bowl for my wife who wasn’t feeling well. Firstly, they didn’t have any regular mashed potatoes so we opted for the sweet potato base which she informed me is WAY TOO SWEET. Secondly, I got home and my wife said, “ok so where’s the Turkey and the gravy?” Wawa team just plumb forgot to include it in the bowl so my sick wife got a bowl full of too sweet potatoes and gravy and some cranberry sauce. Wow Wawa what happened here!? Really disappointed. Make sure you check your order before leaving and that includes digging through the bowl! ~Brett
