Service is good and all, but why is the greeter telling customers to wear mask when she isn't wearing one? I just saw her telling a customer to put the mask on and ignoring the customer pointing out that she's not wearing one

They are unprofessional, rude and disrespectful: from teller to the manager. Cranberry rd PNC is the worst experience I've ever had going to the bank. Don't waste your time and energy on the bunch of people that have no idea what are they doing, except being useless between working hours. If that's the "face" of PNC bank it makes me reconsider being PNC customer having this experience at this branch every time I'm thinking to give it a chance, hence I've been with this bank for over 5 years. Shame
