Every time is something new one time they told me I could withdraw money from my business account because I wasn’t in the account and how I am not in the account If I opened myself 20 Minutes later I was in the account. The other day I couldn’t withdraw $3000.00 Because I should request the money first so they can have it ready for me I didn’t know that Today No teller available waited 15 minute to someone to come and didn’t even say hi Worst customer service in a PNC bank

I've never been treated so poorly at a bank before. The gentleman refused to help me with my withdraw instantly said he couldn't help, WITHOUT even verifying if they had the amount requested. Then walked away and I had to wait for someone else to help me. Who told me something entirely different than the first 2 people I spoke to. In the end, I still wasn't able to withdraw the amount needed, although IT'S MY MONEY! And have to wait until 2 business day to withdraw my OWN money. Seriously considering changing banks! Very disappointed.

This bank SUCKS you need to wait a very long time to go to the teller. They need to improve there service big time. I have been in line for 25 minutes and there are still 3 people infront of me. Very but very poor service. If i can give 0 stars i would. So after a long 50 minutes on line waiting i finally got attended for a 2 min transaction.

You always have to wait long and when a customer gets to the teller, there are chairs there for u to sit down, yes chairs at the tellers, not customer service, so i believe that what makes it even longer. Kudoa to thosr who have time to wait 25mins for a 2 min transaction
