Hands down the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with as a patient and as a staff member at a prescriber’s office. Seriously just get it sent to another pharmacy and wait to get it the next day if you can. It’s not worth getting it sent here and being able to go the same day. They will make you waste as much time as humanly possible

Terrible service. If I could give negative stars I would. Tried calling pharmacy 3 times and the first two times I was hung up on by the pharmacy staff after waiting on hold for 7-15 minutes. The third time I was kept on a loop of hold music->dial tone ringing->click->hold music which I can only assume was someone picking up and shuffling me back in line to avoid doing work.

This is the most unorganized Walgreens I ever been to. Every single time I come here the staff is always short, so slow and wait times by phone and in person are equally beyond ridiculous. I’d rather go to Shoprite down the street or take the drive to another Walgreens before coming back to this one!!

by far the WORST walgreens ever !!!!! Drive thru pharmacy is ALWAYS backed up , even on the inside which I don’t understand why because there are always about 5-7 pharmacy techs working. They have 1 lane for covid testing (9am-5pm) and the other lane for pharmacy. Today they decided to have only ONE lane open during the busiest time in my opinion which was around 4:30/5pm . I got in line at 5:16 (5 cars ahead) . The 1st car literally sat for 24 mins and I could not even turn around because there were cars backed up behind me onto the main highway. I have a 7 month old baby screaming in my backseat because I have now been STUCK in line for almost an hour now. The store needs new management or something because the pharmacy dept is ALWAYS like this and it’s RIDICULOUS!

The ONLY positive thing I have to say is one of the pharmacists, I believe her name is Jen, is really nice and accommodating. Otherwise, HORRIBLE pharmacy & store (but mostly pharmacy). I’ve currently been on hold on the phone for 40 mins - it’s MIDNIGHT. Why can’t someone answer at this hour?? My prescriptions are NEVER ready when they should be. The drive thru line takes literally HOURS. This place is just the absolute worst. Avoid it at all costs. I’m definitely switching, and it won’t be a different walgreens. They used to be good, I’m not quite sure what happened but almost every Walgreens pharmacy is an absolute nightmare; this one being the worst I’ve had to deal with.

My wife booked an appointment for a flu shot online. Paper work came back with the wrong first name & last name. When they “corrected” it, they kept the wrong last name and added our last name as the first name. Wrong again. When that was finally corrected, they then tried to give her the covid vaccine instead of the flu shot. Luckily my wife stopped them before that happened. At that point, it was not human error but just carelessness. Insane.

So it’s quite understandable that in the current state we r in , this crazy pandemic that there a longs lines and wait times r high and they ally of stores are understaffed. I get it truly I do. But to be clear this particular Walgreens has had this problem for YEARS!!!! I switched my pharmacy because of the extreme level of distinction. Now fast forward to today. I came in last night actually the line was backed up to aisle 1!!!!!! After waiting 40 minutes and barely moving I left. Came back this morning and of course my mother in laws meds were not ready EVEN THOUGH THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN READY SINCE LAST NIGHT!!!!! Now after calling my order is ready. And where am I ???? Yet again…. In a line that is ridiculously long and hardly moving. This store really needs to do better. This is unheard of. My time is of value just like anyones else!!!! Nor do I want to be crammed in a store with a bunch of sick people waiting for there medication.

If I could give the pharmacy negative stars I would. I scheduled a booster two weeks ago. This morning I arrive and check in and the girl has an attitude (at 8:30 am and already being rude). I check in to the vaccine and after 15 min of waiting they tell me the system is down and cannot give me the vaccine and tell me to call back in the afternoon to see if the system is working. I don't understand how that can happen but fine. I call back in the afternoon and wait on the phone 20 min for someone to pick up. Someone picks up and (again with an attitude) tells me they are not giving out vaccines anymore and I will need to reschedule. What an absolute waste of my time. This should not happen if you have an appointment. This walgreens need to shut down it is nothing but trash.

I don't know what is happening with this Walgreens because it used to have good service, but now, it gets worse each time I go. 1 cashier was attending a line of about 16 people, one of them being me and they told me to wait 20 minutes for my medication. I come back after an hour and waited a long line just to be told to wait 20 more minutes. What is the point of lying to the customers?
