Please avoid at all cost. Terrible, non existent customer service. Majority of my shipment was stolen, all high value items. If you have the misfortune of working with them, please write your congressman for any discrepancies. Your congressman will take it seriously. Companies like this prey upon government contracts and military personnel. This company should have their contract revoked.

Don, please explain to me how ignoring customer inquiries is an example of striving for perfection and high-quality customer service? In fact, your adjusters, and yourself refused to respond to my emails in regard to why you never provided an offer within the 60-day period. I emailed your company in intervals, 2 weeks prior to the deadline, a week out, the day of, and after the deadline. You and your employees completely disappeared. Please, elaborate how that is appropriate? Please clarify how that is professional? Ironically, your office even had the audacity to tell the Military Claims Office that you did not have enough time to provide a settlement offer(you sat on the request for over 40 days before transferring to your claims department. I have the email traffic to prove it). Absolutely outrageous! I tried to be cordial and understanding. I wanted to believe that you and your company would handle this professionally however your actions have suggested otherwise. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well. Expect a congressional inquiry. If I can spare at least one person the hassle of ever dealing with your company, then my losses will have not been in vain. Your company operates under a predatory nature and have no regard for the customers you service. You should be ashamed.
