Everytime I've had the system give me approval for my medically necessary prescriptions it's always an excuse. 2 weeks prior I received a text your medication will be ready on July 4, this morning I received a text prior authorization needed however medication has not been adjusted same medication for years however website also stated you may pay cash which is fine i have flexible spending account was on hold and now informed oh the computer is not that smart you will have to wait until tomorrow. Last month same drama different excuse. Same day prescriptions takes hours to be filled i will definitely be taking my business to another pharmacy and wouldn't advise anyone to use this pharmacy especially if you need your medication when promised. ~Nicole
