Have to give the Pharmacy staff a big THANK You ! I wanted the new Covid Bivalent Booster before, I had some high exposures in Europe, and also before I had a heart Procedure. I was a early morning walk-in and was quickly registered, and given the new Bivalent Booster. Again Thank you to the Pharmacy syaff, I feel much Safer.

Never ready on fill date. You get there and they say your prescriptions haven't been approved by your insurance. My insurance has been covering the same scripts for 2 years. They just didnt bother to run it through.

Everytime I've had the system give me approval for my medically necessary prescriptions it's always an excuse. 2 weeks prior I received a text your medication will be ready on July 4, this morning I received a text prior authorization needed however medication has not been adjusted same medication for years however website also stated you may pay cash which is fine i have flexible spending account was on hold and now informed oh the computer is not that smart you will have to wait until tomorrow. Last month same drama different excuse. Same day prescriptions takes hours to be filled i will definitely be taking my business to another pharmacy and wouldn't advise anyone to use this pharmacy especially if you need your medication when promised.

I'm getting WEIRD phone calls from this place, where they don't immediately say who they are and why they're calling. If you're gonna be an unknown number, explain who you are and why I should care immediately. As if y'all aren't aware of the scam calls everyone gets. "Hello? ...hello?" Nah dude WHO'S CALLING ME AND WHY, explain that first you creeps. At least lose my number if you're gonna be making unexplained creepy calls

The worst ordered a refill yesterday and still don't have any information on when it will be ready. I right am on hold for one hour and no even picked up the phone. There is no excuse for this and I bet they are just not going to answer and I really need my prescription

Horrible pharmacy customer service! Rude. Will not offer you GoodRx to lower prescription costs. Remember to ASK (everyone is eligible for GoodRx coupons) otherwise you will pay the higher price! And they give you attitude for asking. Put me on hold 2ce and then never came back on the phone so I gave up.. Holy cow. Ha! Good luck!

This review is for the COVID vaccination received from CVS. The CVS Health employees were very efficient at this location. To register for the vaccine, go to their website to select a date and time that is best for you. Your second vaccine is scheduled during registration as well. A text message will be sent to you an hour before your scheduled appointment. It will provide a link to check-in. It will only allow you to check-in 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. After you are able to check-in, proceed inside. There you'll be greeted by a receptionist who will give you your vaccination card after your ID and insurance is verified. The card will show the date and type of vaccination received. A line for the vaccination forms to the right of the receptionist. Social distancing is enforced and visible red dots are on the floor to assist you to maintain the proper social distance of 6' apart. The vaccination is administered in a small room where two CVS Health workers work efficiently. Trust me, you won't feel the needle. Afterwards, you'll be instructed to the post vaccine seating area to wait 15 minutes to monitor for any adverse reactions from the vaccination. Seating is available and the CVS Health Worker in charge of the waiting area will instruct you as to when you can depart the area. The chairs are spaced 6' apart and there about 9 chairs are available. I was chatting with CVS Health Worker in charge of governing the 15 minute wait area and she mentioned to me that this was their second week of administering the COVID vaccination. Hubby and I traveled a little over an hour to this site and they allowed me to utilize their restroom which is found on the first floor. All the employees were very nice during this chaotic time.

They have routinely given me the wrong prescription. The wrong brand, the wrong dose. Didn't fill 1 out of 5 prescriptions because they didn't have it (rescue inhaler!), but then didn't tell me. They blame everyone else, the dental office or the doctors office. Nothing is THEIR fault! This is the last time for me. Go to a different CVS! Do not go to 589 Berlin Cross Key in Sicklerville.

I recently had to utilize the cvs pharmacy multiple times in a short period of time. The pharmacist and the aides were always very friendly and efficient. The most recent time I had to go I had a RX that would have cost me over $300 with insurance help and I was stunned! I didn't even have to question or complain when the gentleman saw the cost he sprung right into action and found me an affordable option within minutes. He found an option 1/6th of the original cost however, its truly not about money but the care he put into the situation and made sure I was satisfied! I am so thankful for people like him, he was amazing and should be recognized!

I'm really shocked at these reviews. I started coming here 5 years ago when I first moved and it was still Target. They've been nothing but kind. They know me and all my kids and are always friendly and helpful. The lead pharmacist is super friendly. I've never had any mistakes either and me and all of my kids get monthly prescriptions. To each their own I guess.
