The drive through ATM doesn't work. It just ate my bank card and a large sum of money because the touch screen is hyper sensitive and doesn't work as it should.

Staff was very rude and unhelpful. Staff also made allegations of lying when fraudulent charges were reported. I will never bank with Austin Bang again.

Bank manager at this location put a hold on a check, after it had been verified and was placed in my husband's account, and that somehow threw him negative thousands of dollars. We were not notified. Now we have to wait a week to see if it is resolved, but were given no guarantee if we would actually get that money back. Very, very disappointed in how this was handled.
