Best bank in Jacksonville, Texas (TX) 2024

Unable to cancel stolen credit card. my wife’s purse was stolen so we called to cancel our credit card, we reached a number for Austin Bank, we got some lady in a foreign country and she said she could not access our information. She said call back on Tuesday, Monday is a holiday and report your card is stolen. I guess Austin Bank isn’t concerned if all my money is drained out of my account. We had several other credit cards, that were stolen as well and we were able to cancel all of them quickly and easily. It was only Austin Bank that doesn’t think it’s important to cancel stolen credit cards. ~Jeff

The drive through ATM doesn't work. It just ate my bank card and a large sum of money because the touch screen is hyper sensitive and doesn't work as it should. ~Jessica
