I want to say how thankful I am for the Jacksonville Texas location. Today 5/29/22 my daughter truck broke down in Jacksonville over 100 miles from home. She was able to limp it to this Autozone and after checking the code determined the exhaust master sensor was bad. Mike at that location went out to help my daughter and her friends replace the sensor and filter that allowed her to continue on home. Thank you so much Mike and all the staff at the Jacksonville Autozone for the great customer service and kindness shown to my daughter and friends. Grateful parents thank you! ~Jason

These guys are the best. They always get me in and out (inspections included) in 10 mins or less. They got me in and my oil changed in 4 mins one time, I didn't even have time to finish a full commercial break on the radio 🤣. 5 star business, 5 star location. Unable to cancel stolen credit card. my wife’s purse was stolen so we called to cancel our credit card, we reached a number for Austin Bank, we got some lady in a foreign country and she said she could not access our information. She said call back on Tuesday, Monday is a holiday and report your card is stolen. I guess Austin Bank isn’t concerned if all my money is drained out of my account. We had several other credit cards, that were stolen as well and we were able to cancel all of them quickly and easily. It was only Austin Bank that doesn’t think it’s important to cancel stolen credit cards. ~Jeff
