I want to say how thankful I am for the Jacksonville Texas location. Today 5/29/22 my daughter truck broke down in Jacksonville over 100 miles from home. She was able to limp it to this Autozone and after checking the code determined the exhaust master sensor was bad. Mike at that location went out to help my daughter and her friends replace the sensor and filter that allowed her to continue on home. Thank you so much Mike and all the staff at the Jacksonville Autozone for the great customer service and kindness shown to my daughter and friends. Grateful parents thank you!

Stood in line for about 5 minutes waiting to be helped, and two white guys walked in and headed to the register and asked for what they needed and got help right away. I asked the attendant who had just open the register where the line was, and he said that it didn’t matter and continued to help them, ignoring that I had been there longer, and then the two guys laughed. I’ve been doing business with Autozone for more than 10 years but after this I won’t be back.

Poor customer service, lack of training for finding Parts under lifetime warranty. Then told me my part would be in at 1 p.m. today and I said are you sure because I'm fixing to Jack my truck up and I'm not going to be mobile after that....Autozone' yes it will be here at 1 now it's 2:16 no part and now they are telling me it might arrive at 5 if not, it's not coming today

I went in because my battery wasn't charged. They checked it & the alternator. Then they replaced the battery for me. They were quick, friendly & extremely helpful.

Great experience. Had a light on, guy came out checked it to no avail...but then went the extra mile to check my fluids and saw transmission was low. Then went in and grabbed a quart, checked out, and gave me a funnel to borrow to put it in right there. A+ service.

I was stranded when my Harley wouldnt start and they had the battery I needed in stock. Very friendly. PS. I was skeptical when a chick answered the phone to help me. And I admited that to her and apologized to her for thinking that way even tho she had no ideal I had thought that or said it to the guy carl that helped me when I was stranded. Did I mention I had 5 lbs of raw hamburger meat in my saddle bag during this breakdown? Lol thanks again auto zone.
