I came in looking for women's work boots since my current pair are falling apart at the seams. Literally. Joe, the store owner, helped me find a pair that fits my needs. It'll be shipped to the store, since they didn't have the style in stock. Joe reminded me that the boots have a warranty and that once you buy a pair of boots you can get unlimited replacements for the laces. I can't wait to get them and try them on! ~Vaneza
