I came in looking for women's work boots since my current pair are falling apart at the seams. Literally. Joe, the store owner, helped me find a pair that fits my needs. It'll be shipped to the store, since they didn't have the style in stock. Joe reminded me that the boots have a warranty and that once you buy a pair of boots you can get unlimited replacements for the laces. I can't wait to get them and try them on!

Ive been wearing Red Wings for years now and getting them from the Green Brook dealer. In 2016 I got into a bad motorcycle accident and my new boots I got for Father’s Day had to be cut off my feet. I shattered essentially every bone on my left side from my torso down, except my foot was completely intact. I let corporate Red Wing know that their boots saved my ankle from shattering. About a month later, I had a brand new replacement pair on my door step. Corporate actually looked up my last order and sent me a replacement. For that, I’ll always be a Red Wing customer and I’m sure my son will if he follows my trade. Very well built boots, especially their American made lines 🇺🇸 🇺🇸. Just picked up a pair of Super Sole 2.0 style 604 that Jeff promptly got back in stock for me. By far the most comfortable boots I’ve owned, considering they’re fresh out of the box and not even fully broken in yet. Support local businesses such as Green Brook Red Wing, and buy American made products during these hard times. I’ll always be team Red Wing while in heated work boot debates on job sites, with guys who wear wolverine or timberlands

I was immediately welcomed into the store by Luke, one of the knowledgeable sales associates. Within a short amount of time I was able to narrow down my selection with the help and advice of Luke, who asked me about my lifestyle and activities, which helped him select a good boot for what I do. The shopping was pleasant and the staff was welcoming and talkative, as they were eager to engage in pleasant conversation. Hope to buy another pair someday, if the first ones ever wear out!

Vincent was great. Clearly an expert in customer service and very knowledgeable about the products. I'm a new UPS Driver. I've been working in the hub for two years and have been going through walmart boots every 3 months or so while also constantly having pain in my feet. I was able to wear those boots for a week as a delivery driver. I literally rushed to this redwings store as soon as I could. Vincent showed me the perfect choices for exactly what I was looking for. He was very patient bringing out different sizes to make sure the boots fit me perfectly. Its been 2 weeks or so and I just want to say that it has been worth every penny! I didn't even realize how much I was suffering before. I'll always buy redwings from now on and I hope this store stays open forever so I can go there every time. Thank you Vincent! I get new work boots every year. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Decided to pick up a pair of iron rangers for personal use too. So far all 4 boots I’ve bought wear well and look great

Picked up a pair of work boots for myself and a pair of hiking boots for my dad. First time I spent the money on a great boot and it was well worth it. The owner Joseph is a true boot connoisseur. They have a machine that scans the foot for exact measurement and they take the time to find you the perfect boot in there extensive collection. Highly recommend this store if you are in the market for an outstanding boot.

The new Red Wing store in Green Brook is great! Joseph, one of the store owners, was extremely helpful. He took care of all aspects of my purchase, from using new technology that actually measured and mapped out my feet (including where I place most of my weight) to recommending a style of boot that would be best. The store itself is brand new, extremely clean, and very welcoming. I walked out with a pair of great looking boots that I know will last through the toughest conditions. The best part is that although it is a "Red Wing" store it is actually a small business, run by a local family with New Jersey roots. They do a fantastic job and I will most certainly be back.
