Asked for a diagnostic and repair for a laptop. Tried to provide a charger for my laptop and was turned down. A week later without a call. I called them back to see what is happening and found out they have not worked on it for a week, because they were missing a charger for my laptop.

Gave my Acer predator helios 300 for repair on 27th November and paid 30 dollars for the diagnosis which was promised on 30th November. After multiple follow ups they returned the laptop with a diagnosis of “not sure what is wrong with your laptop” on Dec 3rd. Firstly they don’t stick to their commitments and they don’t have any skilled professional to make a basic diagnosis for the laptop. For this I ended up paying 30 dollars. I firmly believe they run a scam in the name of a repair store.

They were great! My wife had dropped her phone and the screen cracked. They were able to replace her screen in less time than they said(3 hrs, but were done in less than 2). Very pleased, would recommend CPR!
