This shop fixed my phone and broke it, all in one shot. I took my phone in for a screen repair. The staff was friendly and the shop was clean. They told me it would take 3-4 hours to fix. It ended up taking 7 hours. It wasn't their fault though, the google diagnostic server was down and they had to wait for it to come back up so I'll give em a break on that. The problem was when I found out the front facing camera was not functioning anymore. Not sure what the issue is but luckily I have insurance through my provider and they're issuing me a brand new phone.

Quick service, great repair. Friendly people. After my Carrier wanted to charge me a $250 deductible...These people showed me how to get my phone screen repaired for just $30 after I've been paying for an extended warranty for years. Talk to these people before you bring your phone to your Carrier.

They have had my daughters iPad for 7 weeks. Went in for a simple screen crack. Then they made it not able to function, then brought it back, they fixed that…then not able to charge. Then they said it is a mother board issue, despite not having any problems there. The business seems like a scam for anything beyond a simple screen crack on a phone. To summarize they made the product unusable and refused any type of return of payment. I paid $180 for them to permanently break my daughters iPad and hold it for 7 weeks. Please - avoid this store at all costs.

The worst store!!! Costumer service talk a good game, but their work is awful. The Tech Angel doesn't know what he's doing or he did an awful job on purpose. my laptop is worse off then when I had no screen at least I would have known they I would I had to buy a new one. they took a whole week to do nothing and the manager convinced me to buy there insurance. Good thing I did , now I will go to the Rockville Centre office. I know there good on phones they fixed 1 for me. I chose to go to the Merrick office cause the Rockville was closed for a week. I don't recommend the Merrick Office there awful!!!!

I went in to inquire about the strength of a battery in an old phone I have. There was one very nice older guy at the counter and he went into the back with my phone and then came back and told me yes it needs a new battery. I asked him what does the status indicate, meaning is there a percentage that's left of strength or whatever. I just want to be sure so that I can make my own decision and not the store that is selling me the battery and the service of changing it. His answer was that with their experience they know that it needs changing. I was a little bothered because it has to be better than that. Since when do we ask for proof of something and can't get it from the store that's going to make the profit from the sale? I didn't like that and now I'm so bothered I don't know where to go to get this service. I went into my car and immediately remembered I had another question but two or three other people had come in within that 10 seconds and we're now going to be in front of me. I literally waited about 15 minutes and during that time another gentleman came from the back to help the counter person for 10 seconds and then went back inside. What kind of service is that?!! Could he not have helped knock down the line? Hello!!!! To be honest I would never recommend someone to go into this store because on both ends they were really unprofessional and I really think people shouldn't deal with a business that doesn't care for their customer. They're not in a mall. They are a little local business and I like to love the people that I'm walking in the store to deal with in my local neighborhood or even sometimes in the mall lol. To be honest, that's the kind of service these little businesses should give because they are in so much competition with the big guy.

I went in recently and noticed a very tense and unpleasant environment amongst managerial staff. The store itself seems disorganized and I heard managers yelling which is concerning and extremely rude. I’ve been to other branches of ubreakifix with better atmospheres and friendlier staff. I was very disappointed to see how team members were treated by managers and how this store is run.

I’m so happy to have my computer 💻 back and these guys (and gal) really made it happen! I’m under pressure for a presentation to investors and needed a quick turnaround. Matt and company stuck to their word and got my laptop screen ordered and repaired as expected. Communication was thorough, and the store was very convenient to get to. I’m sure this location isn’t in the business of making promises, but I’m sure happy they kept it. Thanks again so much for making me feel like a priority customer. It really matters.
