I am a big fan of this store. I use this location for my business and personal shipping needs. The staff is always really friendly and knowledgeable. They are so patient with me when I can't figure out the card reader(mostly because I forgot my reading glasses!) I have had great experiences with this store and will continue to ship with them! After buying a box for $5 wouldn’t let me use .03 cents worth of tape. Made me drive home to tape the box and drive back. Use other locations, poor ownership.

Carol is the absolute best!!! She was so helpful and accommodating when we needed to make sure our package got to where it needed on time. We will definitely be coming back for Carol!!

I would not give this store any stars. if I could..went in with an amazon return told me he would pack it for $4.99 I could buy a bag ,went home to bag it up came bk 5 minutes later only to be told i needed to tape the bag and for $4.99 I could buy a roll of tape wouldnt even give me a piece of tape!

Do not go to this UPS- they are not helpful and would not provide one strip of tape to put over the flap of a 12x10 Box- they are rude and I don’t recommend this UPS to anyone. There are many other stores that are helpful and offer suggestions vs saying no, can’t help. Shelliza

Love coming here. My husband and I usually get to the attendant named McDonald. He is so kind! So patient! I had a problem with 4 of my pancakes where the label was slightly faded. He told me not to worry. He entered it manually. He also made sure that I wasn’t stressed about anything since I had two bags of packages that I was returning. He was great. My husband says he’s always so nice with him too!

The BIG guy behind the counter seems to miss his lunch this afternoon. I walked in with question about how does Amazon return without the boxes work. While I was politely asking him the question about it, he abruptly said, "just show me the code". I had multiple items to return thus I just said that Amazon should make this process easier (I just said that to kind of normalize the situation). Now this gentleman goes, "Do you want to fix their software or return your things". WHAT??? LOL. I just finished my business and walked out.
