I went inside to place an order for five sandwiches and coffee they were not busy three cars at the drive-up window and no one inside at least three employees working maybe more and the one fella looked at me and walked up to the counter where I was standing and I said I like to place an order and he says you got to use the machine I said I don't play around with machines you're not that busy I can I just give you the order no you must use the machine I told him what he could do with his machine and he lost the customer which I used to stop there all the time before the pandemic. I will now take my business to Middlesex Dunkin' Donuts on Route 28 in Middlesex where they will be happy to take orders from the counter without using the machine.

Shouldn't clean the floor with people in store. All you smell are the fumes while you are trying to enjoy your food. Plus floor is wet and I am disabled with a cane. Not a good combination.

They care. A lot. I think it says quite a bit when you see that most of the surrounding Dunkin’s in the county have 2 stars, but almost 80 people were willing to go out of their way to give these guys an amazing review! I’m glad I found you guys!… And thank you for always bringing a smile to my face!

Everyone who works here is a delight. They work quickly and efficiently and, when they can, will memorize your order if you go there frequently enough as I do. Everyone who works there deserves a raise.

So far in all the times I've been there my orders have been 100% accurate. Coffee and donughts are always fresh. I pass 3 other Dunkins to go to this one, but it's always been worth it. Restaurant is clean and staff/owners are very courteous. Keep up the great work!

Had an issue with a doordash order. Guy behind the counter said he was busy and couldn't help. Sat there for 20 minutes working it out with doordash support. No one came inside to pick up. He isn't busy hes lazy and poor customer support. Won't be back

This DD caters to perfection! The Bagels and coffee is delicious. This is the only DD that I can say isn't sloppy with how food is made.

A pregnant woman needed to use the restroom. The staff yelled to her that she had better order something if she were going to use the restroom. She did order after that and indicated the drink was made incorrectly. My drink was also sub par.

Always makes my cold brew with extra almond milk perfectly. Yesterday when traffic was backed up for hours, they ran the coffee out to their customers so they did not have to leave the line of traffic. When I finally arrived she said I will make it now because I know about the traffic and want it not to be watery for you. What service! I highly recommend!

I love coming here everyday I'm working my 9-6 shift and seeing the employees so pleasant! I enjoy their attention to detail regarding my coffee setup. Blueberry w/ skim milk during the summer & peppermint mocha during the winter! All 4 employees including Rita are great! PS. The new renovations are beautiful! I love the new couches!
