Be sure to bring a trusted mechanic with you while shopping here. I was sold a vehicle with frame damage that I missed during my inspection. It hasn't even been a year of ownership and the car has been in the shop about 10 times. Luckily Subaru has great customer service and has been very helpful with the repairs. As for the sales aspect, it was very underwhelming and ended up having to do the registration on my own (and pay out of pocket) at a local tag shop even though I had paid the fee for it within the contract. I was also told multiple times by my salesperson to "remind him" of things I was asking for during the sales process. This alone should've been enough red flags for me to just walk out. Also, if you're financing a vehicle, don't even think about financing it with them. They hit me with a 7.7% interest rate. I went to a local credit union a few months later was given a 2.49% rate. I certainly take some of the blame for not being as prepared as I should have been while shopping for a used car but do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. ~Matthew

Great little place to relax and enjoy your surroundings. Looks fantastic since their latest renovations. I have been there several times in the past 5 months, and I always notice another improvement. If you are lucky enough to go on a weekend night, you may see a live band. Give it a try, but drink responsibly and be safe!! ~Karen

Booked an appointment for my sister and I with Andy. When asked how they can help us, I told the woman we had an appointment with Andy twice cause she asked me again 2 refills. They seat me and then seat my sister with a completely other nail tech, she didn’t want say anything and just let her do the fill. This is the second time he has done my fill and seemed extremely annoyed to be doing my nails, didn’t even say hello. My sisters nail tech was also extremely rude and asked where she had gotten her nails done and said when you go back they need to remove all the product next time, like they don’t even want our service. Her nails are in pain, she was drilling her cuticle and skin the entire time. Absolutely don’t recommend and will not be going back. Do not waste your money and time. ~nicoleta

I used to work in a Hallmark store, so I knew what to expect. Or so I thought. Maybe because they are finally allowing people in, but some of the prices were incredible. I got a lunch tote for $3.95. I actually saw it in the window before I went into another store. I didn't have much time, so I quickly went back, to go inside Norman's and grab the lunch tote. I asked an associate, just to be sure about the price. It was only $3.95 plus tax obviously. I also bought a beautiful mask (a new everyday accessory). The ladies working were very nice and helpful. Plus I was a rewards member, and I couldn't remember how I became one (online), just wasn't sure if I used email or phone number. They were happy to help and find my membership. I will definitely be back. ~Karen

The lot, grass, and all around the outside of the building is extremely filthy. The inside is neatly stocked. Iv’e gotten food poisoning a few times here. The bathrooms ar rush ally clean. Not a very welcoming site. The cashiers are usually nice too. They need a professional cleaner. ~Milynda

I was shopping around at other dealerships for a month, and no one was willing to give me the help I needed, but when I went to rt.33 Nissan it was like a breath of fresh air! The environment at rt.33 Nissan felt like family. Tim Kaplan was my salesman he was the absolute best! Very patient and kind, he took his time and did his best to place me in a car that was fitting for me. No other salesman I experienced in the past worked with me the way he did.
