Ivy is great! She listens to what you ask. She is quick and efficient. She is great at multitasking.I have yet to see her run behind schedule. If your looking for a nail salon that is quick and excellent. Look no further. Service: Gel manicure

Booked an appointment for my sister and I with Andy. When asked how they can help us, I told the woman we had an appointment with Andy twice cause she asked me again 2 refills. They seat me and then seat my sister with a completely other nail tech, she didn’t want say anything and just let her do the fill. This is the second time he has done my fill and seemed extremely annoyed to be doing my nails, didn’t even say hello. My sisters nail tech was also extremely rude and asked where she had gotten her nails done and said when you go back they need to remove all the product next time, like they don’t even want our service. Her nails are in pain, she was drilling her cuticle and skin the entire time. Absolutely don’t recommend and will not be going back. Do not waste your money and time.

I always go here and never have too many issues but on saturday the lady that did my nails (don’t know her name) used the spinning sharp tool on my cuticles and my skin and made me bleed on three of my fingers. Service: Acrylic nails

Negative stars if I could... Had a guy which was very rude. Would pull at my feet and toes and get nasty when I asked why he wasn't doing a normal pedicure. Did not use cuticle softener, just scraped at my nails didn't even try to get my dry skin off heels, etc. When I looked to see if he cut nails short enought.. he goes.. "whaat"? I had suds on feet and ankles and he put the green seasalt in top of foot and only went to ankle. I could go on and on.. and NO, you were not busy.. 3 girls another guy had nothing to do. Me , my 3 girls and sisters will never be back here. Service: Pedicures

I’m very dissatisfied with the service and customer experience. This is the third time that I visited this place. I went on Sunday and got my nails and pedicure done with Andy. He didn’t say a word to me even when he almost cut my finger. He didn’t scrub my feet and did a horrible job painting my toes. He didn’t clean my nails underneath and left a lot of built up powder under my nails. They really deserve a 0. I had to cut my own cuticles when I got home. Definitely not recommending this place to anyone. Services: Pedicures, Manicures

I was very upset with the service that I received. This was my first time going to this nail salon and I will not be returning. The staff were rude and acted as though it was a bother attending me. I got dip powder for the first time and my nails looked horrible. They were extremely thick and not shaped well. I also requested that the nail technician cut my cuticles for an additional fee and she did not seem happy about it. Additionally, I got a pedicure and the person did not correctly paint my nails. I’ve been going to this place for a while and I was so disappointed by the service. I called and made my appointment for 1:00, and when I got in there was only one guy doing nails and he didn’t even acknowledge my presence. After 10 minutes I told him I had an appointment for a full set at 1:00. He looked at me confused and then asked if I would mind if anyone else did my nails. I said no, but then was told to wait by the next woman because she said she was on her lunch break. At 1:30 I finally was seated to get my nails done, and they were done horribly. The acrylic wasn’t even fully placed on my nails and both sides of my nail bed are sticking out. Edit: owner replied and just want to clarify that I never said I was there on Monday. Your employees need to do better :)

I went to this place of business for the first time over the weekend and I can assure you I will never return. I am not sure if the tech doing my pedicure was in a rush or having a bad day but he messed up my feet and I'm not talking about the polish, I have 3 toes on each foot that are red and swollen. He was extremely rough while he was working on my feet, I came to relax not be tortured. It was a waste of $27 that is for sure and if I end up with an infection or fungus I will be livid. You could not pay me to come back here. I rated two stars because the women up front were very sweet when I walked in. Service: Pedicures

This is my 3rd time going here since the new owners. I love Ivy. She is so sweet and nice. My pedicures always last and I love the dip powder choices.
